M J Immigration provides immigration and overseas education consultancy services, including:

Study abroad counselling and university/college selection.
Admission applications and application processing assistance.
Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letter of Recommendation (LOR) and documentation guidance.
Student visa application assistance.
Visitor and tourist visa consultancy.
Work permit and other immigration-related consultancy services.
IELTS, PTE, TOEFL and Duolingo English Test coaching, where offered.
Visa interview preparation.
Visa refusal case review and reapplication guidance.

The exact scope of services will depend on the package or service selected by the client.

2. Nature of Consultancy Services

M J Immigration acts as a consultancy and facilitation service provider. We assist clients with information, guidance, documentation, applications and procedural support.

We do not represent or control any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, university, college or government department.

All final decisions regarding admissions, visas, permits and immigration applications rest solely with the relevant authorities or institutions.

3. Consultancy Fees and Payments

Clients are required to pay the applicable consultancy fee before or as agreed at the time of service engagement.
Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per prevailing laws.
Government fees, embassy fees, university application fees, medical examination charges, biometric fees, courier charges, examination fees and other third-party expenses are separate unless specifically included in a written quotation.
Additional services outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
The client must ensure that payments are made through the authorised payment channels of M J Immigration.

4. Non-Refundable Consultancy Fee

All consultancy fees paid to M J Immigration are strictly non-refundable, subject to applicable laws.

The consultancy fee covers professional consultation, counselling, application assistance, documentation support, administrative work, processing coordination and other services included in the agreed scope.

The fee shall not be refundable merely because:

The client changes their mind or decides not to proceed.
The client withdraws or cancels their application.
The client changes their preferred country, course, university or immigration category.
The client receives a visa refusal or admission rejection.
The client does not obtain the desired result.
The client fails to provide the required documents or information on time.
The client is unable to meet the eligibility criteria or requirements.
The client delays or discontinues the process for personal, financial or other reasons.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing genuine, accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Submitting authentic documents and supporting evidence.
Disclosing previous visa refusals, immigration history and relevant circumstances.
Meeting application deadlines and attending scheduled appointments.
Paying all applicable third-party and government charges.
Checking all application forms and documents before submission.
Informing our team about any changes in personal, financial, educational or employment circumstances.

M J Immigration shall not be responsible for adverse consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent information provided by the client.

6. Visa and Admission Decisions

M J Immigration does not guarantee:

Visa approval or immigration clearance.
Admission to any university or educational institution.
Scholarship awards or fee waivers.
Appointment availability or processing timelines.
Work permits, employment or permanent residency.
Any particular outcome from an embassy, consulate or government authority.

All decisions are made independently by the relevant authorities or institutions.

7. Processing Time

Processing times communicated by our team are indicative estimates only. Actual timelines may vary depending on embassies, consulates, universities, government departments, application volumes and other external circumstances.

We shall not be responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Documentation and Application Accuracy

While we provide professional assistance in preparing and reviewing application documents, the client remains responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all information before submission.

M J Immigration reserves the right to discontinue services if fraudulent documents, false information or misleading representations are identified.

9. Third-Party Services

Certain services involve external organisations, including universities, embassies, consulates, testing centres, insurance providers, medical centres and government departments.

Their fees, procedures, requirements and decisions are governed by their respective policies. M J Immigration is not responsible for their independent decisions or actions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos and other materials, belongs to M J Immigration or its respective licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

M J Immigration shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from visa refusals, admission rejections, appointment delays, changes in immigration regulations or decisions made by independent third parties, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, proven deficiency in services or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Amendments

M J Immigration reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website with the revised effective date.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad only.
